This trekking combines three popular trekking trails; Langtang Valley, Gosaikunda Lake and Helambu valley, offering numerous stunning views of mountains. The main attractions are the rhododendron and bamboo forests with an abundance of wildlife, majestic waterfalls flowing over mammoth boulders, a chance to bathe in soothing hot springs, magnificent views of the snow covered white giant Langtang Lirung and visiting the holy lakes of Gosainkund. The Langtang Circuit Trekking route goes through traditional, ethnic Tamang heritage villages and untouched forests juniper, pine. This trek offers an opportunity to explore villages, to climb small peaks and to visit glaciers and scared lakes at a comfortably low elevation.
Day 1: Pick up from Airport and transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley.
Day 3: Drive to Melamchipul.
Day 4: Trek to Shermathang (2590m)-7 to 8hrs.
Day 5: Trek to Tarkeghyang (2740m).
Day 6: Rest day and exploring the village.
Day 7: Trek to Ghopte (3430m) -5 to 6hrs.
Day 8: Trek to Gosainkunda (4380m) via Laurebinayak pass (4610m) – 6 to 7 hrs.
Day 9: Descend to Shingompa (3250m)-5 to 6 hrs.
Day 10: Descend to Dunche (2030m)-4 to 6hrs.
Day 11: Drive back to Kathmandu.

We were 4 girls doing the Helambu Gosainkunda trek.it last 7 days upto Dunche.During the monson ,we expecting some rain and we got a lot.however,the friendly guide and the few amazing views we got were surely worth it.The walk was not too difficult, the cold was very hard.Gosainkunda is fabulous.we enjoyed it as it would be heaven.
