Our Yoga trek will take you deep into the Annapurna circuit. This beautiful area is largely populated by Tibetan Buddhists where you will get a glimpse at how these generous people live and watch life go by a little slower, taking a step back to be grateful for everything that we have in our life. We will be dedicating time in the morning and evening each day to our yoga practise. The morning practise will be to warm our bodies up ready for the day ahead and our evening practise will be to stretch our muscles after our hike and relax our bodies for a sound sleep. We will be walking for 3 days up to our destination of Humde where we will be spending 3 nights. You can use our days here to relax, dig into a book or explore the area. Day hikes will be organised for you to join if you wish, to surrounding villages, taking some time to meditate in the ancient buddhist monasteries and discover mystical lakes. This is going to be an unforgettable journey that you won’t regret. We will take care of everything, you just have to come along and enjoy the ride.
Day 1: Pick up from airport and transfer to hotel. Welcome dinner to meet and greet.
Day 2: Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley visiting sacred Buddhist and HIndu temples and sites.
Day 3: Drive to Besishar -6hrs, stop
for break and lunch and then continue driving to Shyange.-3hrs
Day 4: Trek to Dharepani(1860m), o/n tea house.-6 to 7 hrs
Day 5: Trek to Chame(2670m), o/n tea house.-5 to 6hrs
Day 6: Trek to Humde(3280m) – we
will be staying here for 3 nights.-6 to 7hrs
Day 7: Option for rest day or take a day hike to Nagawal village(3670m) to see the surrounding area.-2hrs
Day 8: Day hike to Manang(3540m) and Gangapurna Lake-3 to 4hrs
Day 9: Descend to Chame, o/n tea house
Day 10: Descend to Dharepani, o/n tea house
Day 11: Descend to Shyange, o/n tea house.
Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu with a break along the way.
Day 13: Rest day in Kathmandu
and farewell dinner.
Day 14: Drop to airport
